Industrial Springdale, AR 1st Shift $18/Hour Job Details We are seeking a Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver (Box Truck) to join our client's HVAC and appliance supply store and warehouse team in Rogers, AR. This is a first-shift position with a Monday through Friday schedule, typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to handle physical work and interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Job Summary:
The Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver (Box Truck) will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers, while also supporting warehouse operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer service attitude. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, coordinating with customers and maintenance workers on deliveries, and operating a company box truck for local routes. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company box truck to make local deliveries of HVAC and appliance products. Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and accuracy. Greet and assist customers both in the warehouse and during deliveries. Coordinate with customer maintenance workers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while on the road and in the warehouse. Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments. Qualifications Steady work history with proven reliability and punctuality. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Basic computer skills for order entry and documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis. English proficiency required for communication with customers and team members. Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
