JOB SUMMARY
For our Grande Sports Academy based at Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort, Casa Grande, Arizona, we are seeking a Driver with an Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record for a minimum of five years. Driver to transport students, campers, in company vehicles, including 14 seater vans, events, games, movies, malls, the airport. Opportunity to enjoy events/games with the students. Routine cleaning of vehicles, basic maintenance, and repairs, as noted below.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Driver to transport students to/from events, games, movies, malls, the airport. 2. Must be reliable, have excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and tend to reasonable needs of the passengers and clients. 4. Keeping logs and regular maintenance of company vehicles, to include routine maintenance. Scheduling of required oil changes, tire rotations, repairs, cleaning vehicles inside and out. 5. Following the policies and procedures of the company, including Appearance Standards, Core Values and Standards of Service.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. A valid driver's license with a minimum of five years of clean driving. 2. Minimum High School education or similar. 3. Experience with driving 14 passenger vehicles.
ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Ability to drive passenger vehicles, as well as other company vehicles, as noted above.. 2. Ability to drive at night. 3. Ability to climb into and out of vehicles. 4. Ability to clean vehicles inside and out. 5. Ability to write reports. 6. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Employment is contingent on satisfactory results of a background check, driving record check, a valid driver's license in the state of Arizona.
