Overnight Shift — 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM About the Role Korman Healthcare is an independent, family-owned long-term care pharmacy licensed in Arizona. We provide medication deliveries to assisted living facilities (ALFs), group homes, and healthcare facilities throughout the Phoenix metro area. We are seeking dependable, professional drivers to join our team. Drivers will operate company-provided vehicles and complete scheduled delivery routes to healthcare facilities, ensuring medications are delivered accurately, securely, and on time. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy independent work while making a meaningful impact by delivering medications to patients and healthcare communities. What You'll Do Deliver medication totes and supplies to healthcare facilities throughout the Phoenix area Obtain electronic proof of delivery at each stop Safely handle medication deliveries while maintaining security and temperature requirements Communicate with dispatch regarding route status or delays Complete scheduled routes accurately and efficiently Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with facility staff Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts Requirements Valid Arizona driver's license Clear driving record Must be at least 21 years old Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile delivery application Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery, courier, medical transportation, warehouse, or route driving experience Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area Experience working overnight shifts is a plus Why Join Korman Healthcare?
