Pay & Benefits $19-$21 per hour Weekly direct deposit Paid training provided Flexible 4-6 day work schedules Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 days Company vehicle, fuel, and uniforms provided Referral and performance bonus programs Advancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Supervisor, Management) Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle for FedEx Ground Load/unload and carry packages up to 75 lbs (or 150 lbs with a dolly) Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditions Follow traffic laws and delivery schedules consistently Report delays, safety concerns, or vehicle issues to dispatch Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs Requirements At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (cost covered) Physically able to handle packages safely Dependable and customer-focused Weekend availability required No prior delivery experience?
