Position Overview:

Working in Glamis at the Dunes, the RV Delivery Specialist is responsible for the safe and timely delivery, setup, and pickup of rental RVs to and from customer locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure that each RV is delivered in top condition, fully set up, and ready for the customer to enjoy. They also serve as a representative of the company during customer interactions and must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport RVs to and from customer locations, campgrounds, or designated delivery points. Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure the RV is clean, functional, and fully stocked according to company standards. Set up RVs on-site, including leveling, slide-outs, electrical and water hookups, and awnings. Explain basic RV functions to customers upon delivery, including operation of appliances, generator, propane system, water tanks, and waste systems. Conduct post-rental inspections upon pickup to document condition, usage, and report any damage or missing items. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customer service, and management regarding delivery schedules and issues. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the RV units during transit and setup. Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting during delivery or pickup as needed. Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.⸻

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but may be preferred for certain units). Experience towing trailers or driving large vehicles such as RVs, trucks, or box trucks. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools. Ability to follow detailed checklists and company procedures. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform setup tasks in outdoor conditions. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Familiarity with RV systems (electrical, water, propane) is a plus; training will be provided.⸻

Work Environment:

Work is performed outdoors and may include exposure to extreme weather conditions. Weekend, holiday, and early morning/late evening shifts may be required, especially during peak seasons. Trailer Towing -
