Responsibilities Carefully process incoming flower shipments, including sorting, trimming, and arranging blooms for delivery Safely load flowers into delivery vehicles using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at customer locations Drive company vehicles, including box trucks or vans, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload flowers efficiently while practicing safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques Deliver floral arrangements directly to customers' homes or businesses with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile devices or delivery tracking systems Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and supporting overall facility organization Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Commercial driving experience, especially with box trucks or van drivers, is highly valued Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and customer service excellence Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices in compliance with DOT regulations Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts is a plus Ability to lift heavy boxes or floral arrangements repeatedly while following safe lifting practices Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation and record keeping is advantageous Join us in creating beautiful moments through flowers while enjoying a lively work environment that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
