Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, field operations, and packinghouse personnel to prioritize deliveries. Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of materials before transport. Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing inventory in the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, receipts, and inventory transactions. Communicate delivery status and inventory shortages to supervisors and appropriate personnel. Load and unload parts and materials safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, warehouse storage areas, and workspaces. Assist mechanics and maintenance personnel by locating and obtaining needed parts. Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance issues. Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements, and agricultural compliance standards. Support warehouse, field, and packinghouse operations during peak production periods as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or courier services is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to schedules. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift more than 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise. Ability to safely operate motor vehicles and warehouse equipment.
