From the Hearth and The Chicken Shack are hiring a delivery driver to service our North State in providing quality meals to our amazing customers. Delivery Driver - We are looking for a candidate that is organized and has great attention to detail. Deliveries are made between 11 am and 8 pm, so candidates should be able to manage their time well, be flexible, and have reliable transportation to get to and from work. A drivers license and clean driving record for 3 years is required. Our drivers also need to be polite and helpful, providing our customers with the same experience they have come to expect when dining in at our restaurants. Delivery Manager (1 position) - Along with the above qualifications (see delivery driver) we are looking for a candidate who has strong attention to detail, good at multi-tasking, and able to lead and direct a team of drivers to complete our food delivery routes. This candidate will also be responsible for working with restaurant general managers in making sure food delivery service is running smoothly, addressing any customer issues that may arise, and training new drivers.
