Load and unload packages with proper heavy lifting techniques, ensuring product safety and integrity during transportation. Engage with clients professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build positive relationships that encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs promptly, and ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained at all times. Experience Previous experience in commercial driving or heavy vehicle operation preferred; familiarity with automobile transportation is a plus. Strong skills for route planning. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members; excellent customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of DOT regulations ensures compliance during all phases of transportation. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices.
