Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers. In this active, multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating company delivery vans to deliver essential medical equipment and supplies directly to customer locations as well as moving product between our locations. When you are not on the road, you will play an energetic part in supporting our storefront operations by managing retail transactions, assisting with product inventory, and helping our Service Technician with equipment maintenance. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your driving skills with a true commitment to compassionate customer service within a fast-paced retail and home-delivery environment. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport large and small medical equipment to customer homes while strictly following all traffic laws and safety protocols. Manage loading and unloading of medical equipment from the delivery van, ensuring proper handling and secure placement to prevent any product damage. Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries by greeting clients warmly, answering product questions, and assisting with basic home setup. Support retail store operations by safely moving product from location to location. Assist the Service Technician with hands-on equipment repairs, hardware installations, and regular technical maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate inventory management by checking in incoming shipments, organizing the warehouse, and performing routine stock counts. Keep company vehicle appearance clean and organized according to company standards. Experience Required education background consisting of a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification such as a GED. Previous delivery driving or customer service experience is highly preferred, though we are fully willing to train individuals with a strong desire to learn. Proven interaction and communication skills for building professional relationships with customers, patients, and fellow store staff. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and standard retail cash handling procedures is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, alongside comfort with frequent bending, walking, and standing for extended shifts. Basic Qualifications / Job Requirements Must possess a valid, active California Driver's License . Must maintain a clean driving record to meet company insurance compliance for operating corporate vehicles.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.80 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 28.0 per week
