We are a construction retail supplier specializing in fasteners, lumber, steel, tools, and other construction-related products. As an Entry-Level Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers while representing Lord & Sons in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of construction supplies and materials to customer locations using established routes and schedules Load, unload, secure, and transport products safely and efficiently Assist with preparing delivery vehicles and verifying orders before departure Inspect and operate company delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner Follow assigned routes while maintaining delivery schedules and excellent customer service Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and reports Communicate professionally with customers and assist in resolving delivery-related concerns Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws Assist with warehouse operations, order pulling, loading, and inventory organization when not performing deliveries Support additional operational functions as needed Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good customer service and communication skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus but not required Forklift experience is helpful but not required Familiarity with local streets and navigation systems is a plus

Compensation Pay:
