We are looking to welcome an hourly prep cook/line worker to be our food truck operator. This position calls for flexible commuting and scheduling as we build up our business and settle into a permanent routine. The candidate should preferably have experience in the food industry and have or be willing to acquire a food safety certificate (Servsafe). If you enjoy steady work while serving a comfortable menu this is the place for you! Enthusiasm and motivation are key to being successful with us. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Overall day to day truck operation Cook/Prep menu recipes according to SOP's Handle station cleanliness/overall truck cleanliness Check and take note of food stocks Minimizing waste and downtime Set up/break down truck for service What we need from you: Reliable commute to various vending locations Comfortable in high paced busy kitchen environment Open availability for weekends and events Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and train Pay and perks $18-20 based on experience Discounts and shift meals Flexible scheduling
