Delivery Driver

Delicias Bakery is a small, owner operated, bread bakery in Colorado Springs. We've been going strong for 9+ years and counting. We are looking for a positive, hardworking individual to join our team and grow with us. The Delivery driver's responsibilities: Package, Sort, Label and Deliver baked goods to restaurants in the Pikes Peak region; Responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience; Use good judgement in evaluating quality of product; Keep work area/company vehicle clean and tidy at all times; Collect payments from customers when necessary; Direct customer interaction is frequently required; Basic math skills required; Attention to detail is a must. Must have valid drivers license with clean background and comfortable driving a cargo van. (No CDL required) Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be clean and organized Must have communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively Must have professional appearance at all times. Must be able to work mornings and afternoons. Monday-Friday Perfect candidate is willing to work hard, reliable, able to accept change, a self starter, can work individually and with the team, is flexible with work times depending on the work load and season. Starting pay is $15.60. Possible pay increase after 90 day probationary period.
