We are looking for full and part-time drivers with open schedules. Peak Delivery Services is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Colorado Springs; we deliver packages on behalf of Amazon. As Amazon continues to grow across Colorado, Peak Delivery Services is looking for ambitious, high performing drivers to deliver packages around the Colorado Springs region. Peak Delivery Services is a Veteran-Owned local company that is currently recruiting & hiring hardworking and dependable drivers that can provide outstanding customer service to Amazon's customers. To be successful, you need to be a self-starter, problem-solver, motivated, hard-working, and organized. Veterans wanted! Part-time employees will be expected to work FULL days of 10 hours, 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Requires working a 10-12 hour shift (the routes are designed at 10-hours, but working up to 12 total hours may be required on certain days). Requires working one weekend day and some holidays, 2-3 days a week (no Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, or 4th of July). Must be open to any schedule. Shift starts at 10:30AM with drivers receiving their route, loading their own van, leaving the station and following a GPS route on a smart device. At the end of the day drivers perform a post-trip inspection, and end their day. Drivers are expected to deliver an average of 300+ packages in a 10 hour route (again, some days will be longer). We deliver 7 days a week and are looking for a variety of different work schedules to fill. Must be available to work weekends . Drivers deploy from a facility located next to I-25 and Garden of the Gods.

Qualified Candidates Will:

Be at least 21 years of age Have a current driver's license (any state) and be able to safely operate a cargo van Be available on weekends Hold Safety and Quality in the highest regard Be willing to consent to a 4 panel drug screen (doesn't test for marijuana) Be a team player, but also be able to work independently, effectively, and efficiently Be able to lift 50 lbs (most packages are less than 5 lbs) Move materials off racks and load into van for shipment Stand, squat, bend/twist frequently Be able to walk up stairs where needed Be ready to walk a total of 7+ miles and climb hundreds of stairs per day - you will be moving a lot! In and out of van every stop. This is not an easy job, it is hard work ! It requires being able to hustle WITHOUT compromising safety and quality .
