White Horse Solutions is hiring reliable, hardworking team members to deliver furniture and building materials throughout the Vail Valley. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys being active, working with a crew, providing great customer service, and taking pride in a job done safely and correctly. You will work alongside other crew members using company-provided 4x4 delivery trucks to complete residential and commercial deliveries in the Vail Valley. Experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehousing, or construction materials is helpful, but not required—we will train the right person. Schedule Full-time, year-round position Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some schedule flexibility, occasional extended days, or overtime may be needed based on delivery volume, weather, and customer needs What You'll Do Drive company 4x4 delivery trucks throughout the Vail Valley Deliver furniture and building materials safely, professionally, and on time Work as part of a delivery crew to load, unload, carry, stage, and place furniture and materials Prepare outgoing deliveries and pickups Assist with warehouse organization, staging, inventory movement, and general warehouse duties Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Follow safe lifting, driving, and job-site procedures Represent White Horse Solutions with a positive, customer-focused attitude What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance from team members and proper equipment when applicable Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate clearly Strong customer-service skills and professional appearance Safety-minded attitude Willingness to work in both delivery and warehouse settings as business needs change Moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, construction, or similar experience is preferred but not required Pay and Benefits Starting pay of $23/hour for driving positions Pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Two weeks of paid vacation Paid holidays Dental insurance Vision insurance Attendance and customer-service bonus incentives Training and opportunities for advancement as you establish yourself with the company Work location: One location Work type: In person; not remote White Horse Solutions is looking for team members who are dependable, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to build a long-term career with a growing company.
