We are seeking a reliable and experienced Oil Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering heating oil to homes and businesses, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Candidates should have previous oil / fuel delivery driver experience. A valid commercial driver's license and hazmat endorsement and familiarity with route driving are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes. Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies during operations. Skills Knowledge of safety regulations related to transporting hazardous or liquid materials such as oil products. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.

Requirements and Qualifications Commercial License:

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Endorsements:

Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and Tanker endorsements (often combined as an "X" endorsement).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift, drag, and maneuver heavy delivery hoses in various weather conditions.

Driving Record:

Clean driving history and ability to pass a DOT physical and background/drug screening.
