As needed , depending on customer orders and route volume. Our goal is to complete routes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Once all scheduled pickups, deliveries, and assigned duties have been completed for the day, employees may be released early and clock out before the scheduled end of their shift. Likewise, on busier days, flexibility may occasionally be required to ensure customer orders are completed on time. As our commercial accounts continue to grow, there will be opportunities for full-time employment . Pay Starting at $20.00 per hour Opportunities for advancement based on performance and company growth Responsibilities Safely operate a company cargo van Pick up and deliver commercial laundry on scheduled routes Load and unload laundry bags and carts (up to 50 lbs.) Maintain organized customer orders and accurate deliveries Follow designated routes while maximizing time efficiency Represent the company professionally with every customer interaction Assist with loading, unloading, and occasional in-store duties when needed Qualifications Experience driving cargo vans is required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable performing physically demanding work Excellent customer service and communication skills 30-Day Introductory Period All new employees begin with a 30-day introductory period . During this time, we'll evaluate attendance, punctuality, teamwork, route efficiency, time management, professionalism, safe driving, reliability, and overall job performance to ensure the position is a great fit for both you and our team.
