Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to safely transport and unload food and related products to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers. In this on-site role, you'll operate late-model tractors and lift-gate trailers, complete pre/post-trip inspections, manage delivery paperwork, and provide excellent customer service at each stop. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailers on assigned local or regional delivery routes Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any vehicle issues Load, unload, and deliver food and related products using pallet jacks and lift gates Verify orders, obtain signatures, and manage delivery paperwork and electronic logs Provide professional, courteous service to customers at each stop Follow all DOT, company safety, and food handling regulations Communicate delays, issues, or route changes to dispatch in a timely manner Maintain clean, organized trucks and secure loads to prevent damage Support a safety-first culture by following policies and reporting hazards Represent Performance Food Group with integrity and a customer-first mindset Required Skills CDL-A truck operation Route navigation Freight loading and unloading Use of pallet jacks Use of lift gates Electronic logbook use Time management Defensive driving Vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Customer service
