Miami:
delivering 3-Day Notices (notices for non-payment of rent) and conducting property inspections. This role requires traveling between multiple properties across Miami-Dade County, so a personal vehicle is required. Responsibilities Deliver 3-Day Notices to tenants following proper legal procedure under Florida Statute 83.56 (hand delivery, or if the tenant is not present, posting the notice in a conspicuous place on the property, with an additional copy by mail when required). Document every delivery with date, time, method used, and photo evidence. Conduct property inspections (routine, move-in/move-out, and maintenance) following a company-provided checklist. Take detailed photos and notes of each property's condition and submit same-day reports through the company's system/form. Communicate professionally with tenants and property owners during visits. Report any urgent maintenance issues or tenant concerns directly to the property manager. Requirements Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (current auto insurance required).
Bilingual:
English and Spanish. Reliable and punctual — this role depends on visits happening on the scheduled dates and times. Strong communication skills and a professional manner with tenants. Personal smartphone for taking photos and submitting reports. Must be able to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in property management, real estate, or as a process server. Basic knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law. Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.).
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
