Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team! This energetic role combines efficient warehouse management with reliable delivery services, ensuring our products reach customers promptly and in excellent condition. As a key player in our logistics operation, you will handle loading, unloading, inventory organization, and safe delivery routes. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Load and unload shipments Prepare items for delivery by organizing, building furniture, and verifying order accuracy Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks for local deliveries Deliver products efficiently along designated routes while maintaining punctuality and professionalism Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks Communicate effectively with customers during delivery to confirm receipt and address any questions or concerns Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and delivery vehicle at all times Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving, and manual tasks safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks Knowledge of route planning and route driving to optimize delivery schedules Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving load & unload activities Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
