This role combines kitchen work with driving. You must have your own reliable vehicle and be comfortable handling and preparing raw meat. What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients, including cutting, trimming, and portioning meat according to instructions.
• Assemble, portion, package, and label meals.
• Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kosher handling procedures.
• Help receive deliveries, organize inventory, and store ingredients properly.
• Use your own vehicle for local food and supply pickups and deliveries.
• Check order quantities and follow temperature-control procedures during transport. What we're looking for
• Prior kitchen, food preparation, or meat handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow our preparation and kosher procedures.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and food safety.
• Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Ability to work on your feet and load and unload food boxes.
• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and your own clean, reliable vehicle.
• A smartphone for navigation and coordination with our team.
