$14 per hour, with the opportunity to transition to a fixed weekly salary. Supreme Rentalz is searching for a dependable and motivated Fleet and Vehicle Delivery Associate to support our growing Turo operation. This is an active, hands-on position involving vehicle transportation, cleaning, trip preparation, inspections, and daily fleet organization. Because reservations and airport deliveries can change throughout the day, the right candidate must be flexible, responsive, comfortable using technology, and able to adjust quickly without becoming overwhelmed. Primary Responsibilities Deliver and retrieve rental vehicles for scheduled Turo reservations Complete vehicle drop-offs and pickups at Tampa Bay airports and local locations Clean, vacuum, sanitize, and prepare vehicles between trips Inspect fuel levels, mileage, cleanliness, and overall vehicle condition Take clear pre-trip and post-trip photographs Document potential damage or maintenance concerns Confirm that each vehicle contains the required supplies and equipment Follow daily schedules, GPS directions, trip details, and assignment updates through mobile apps Communicate with management throughout the workday Help keep the fleet, keys, equipment, and parking areas organized Respond calmly and efficiently when reservations or assignments change Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Open and flexible availability, including some weekends, evenings, and changing hours Dependable, punctual, and responsive Comfortable driving vehicles of different sizes Confident using smartphones, GPS, mobile apps, messaging platforms, and scheduling systems Able to follow detailed instructions and complete assignments independently Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical cleaning tasks Able to remain organized in a fast-paced environment Capable of solving basic problems without constant supervision Preferred Experience Previous experience is helpful but not required.
