Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver Austell, GA Location We are hiring a full-time FedEx Delivery Driver for our Austell location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. Flexible schedules are available. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Pay Structure Training Pay:

$140/day (5-7 days duration)

Regular Pay:

$1.15 to $1.30 per stop (based on experience/performance) (Top Driver Pay $1.30) You can earn between $140 to $230 per day based on number of packages delivered, whereas, top drivers can earn between $160 to $260 per day.

Benefits Performance/Attendance Bonus:

$0.05 per stop bonus for working all scheduled days with a 99%+ service level and all pickups completed.

Rescue Bonus:

Offered when assisting other drivers to finish their routes after completing your own. Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 days of PTO available after 1 year of employment. Paid training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must have a clean driver's license Must be able to handle packages up to 150 lbs with a handcart Must have at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years Must be able to pass: Drug test DOT physical Background security check What a Typical Day Looks Like Report to the terminal at your scheduled time to load and organize packages Wear your FedEx Ground-issued reflective vest and badge at all times while on duty Deliver 125+ packages to residential and business stops efficiently and professionally Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself Punctually complete all scheduled pickup stops without exception Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately Represent the company well at every door you knock on High performers have opportunities to grow their efficiency and earnings.
