Summary:
Seres Engineering & Services is interviewing for an opportunity to support the Hazardous Material / Hazardous Waste Management Services contract at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), GA. The Material Delivery Technician (Truck Driver) performs functions relating Hazardous Material (products) Delivery, inventory, on post driving, warehousing, data tracking and data entry at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Conducts all tasks in compliance with state, federal, and
FSGA/HAAF
environmental and sustainability policies as directed. Performs routine tasks as scheduled on time, safely, and in the best interest of the military and environmental concerns. This hourly position will be based and work from Fort Stewart, GA and be expected to work Monday through Friday, 0730-1600 with the potential for after-hours spill response oversite.
Tasks:
Material deliveries to maintenance facilities (motor pools) on a military installation; Communicating with Military Personnel and following post procedures and policies; Loading materials into delivery trucks and making deliveries of materials; Tracking shelf life and assisting in use optimization practices; Safe Forklift Operation; Storage area inspections and inventory; Vehicle operation; Removing and processing used containers from maintenance facilities; Processing and segregating recyclable materials; Completing inspections, checklists, observing and reporting; Work is performed both outdoors, in warehouses, motor pools, and in office environments.

Qualification Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent; 5 years of related work experience; Physically and mentally capable of performing job functions; Must possess a valid GA state driver license in good standing; Capable of gaining legal access, with company assistance, to Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield through Common Access Card (CAC) registry process requiring Government background check approvals; Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis; Must read, write, and speak English; Must be able to input data using Microsoft® Word® and Excel® based programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
40 Hour HAWOPER training; Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the industry; Military background or experience working on post; OSHA trained and certified powered industrial truck operator.
