Job Description
Job Overview Twin City Auto Parts is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their automotive needs. This position requires a passion for automotive parts and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories. Provide expert advice on product selection based on customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Provide excellent customer service when delivering parts to customers. Requirements Previous experience in auto parts retail is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as needed. A valid driver's license may be required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
