Job Description
We are a third-party delivery provider servicing a large residential furniture company based in Sioux Falls, SD, with additional distribution centers in Minnesota and Iowa. We are currently looking to expand our fleet operating from the distribution center in Cedar Falls, IA. We are searching for reliable and conscientious independent contractors, drive teams, and reputable household moving companies who might interested in exploring additional revenue streams making home deliveries. Our service range covers areas in and around Cedar Falls/Waterloo, Mason City, Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Iowa City, and many of the small towns in between. The product is new household furniture that is stripped and "deluxed" at the warehouse and then delivered by our independent contractors to the customer's room of choice. Light assembly is required for such things as bedroom sets and dinning sets. The deliveries are performed by minimum of two-man teams and are scheduled for Tuesday through Saturday. The work is steady, reliable, and profitable. Applicants must be physically fit and able to lift at least 75-100lbs, have extraordinary customer service skills, friendly and approachable attitude, good communication and organizational skills. The work is hard but the pay is good. Compensation is stop based and can average between 2,000 to 4,000 dollars per week, (sometimes more during busy seasons). Settlements are weekly.
