Overview We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team and ensure the efficient and safe transportation of products to our retail clients. This role involves route driving, customer interaction, and adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Duties Safely operate commercial trucks and automobiles to deliver products along designated routes Unload merchandise with proper lifting practices to prevent injury Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate delivery documentation Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication and excellent customer service Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly Follow all company policies related to driving, safety, and transportation standards Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving or retail store delivery roles Strong knowledge of route planning, route driving, and merchandising techniques Basic math skills for pricing calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with customer relationship building strategies Knowledge of safe lifting practices Organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation This position offers an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
