Aurora, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer service Driver's License Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver floral arrangements, plants, and supplies to residences, businesses, and event venues. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including professional communication, friendly demeanor, and proper handling of products. Verify order accuracy before leaving the shop and confirm delivery details with customers when necessary. Handle deliveries with care to preserve the quality, freshness, and presentation of arrangements. Collect payments or signatures when required. Assist with setup of arrangements for events such as weddings, funerals, or corporate functions. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Support in-store operations when deliveries are light, such as unpacking flowers, organizing inventory, or assisting customers. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery policies. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and handle delicate arrangements with care. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak floral seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).
