Duties Safely operate standard passenger cars and light trucks to transport vehicles between dealership locations, service centers, and customer sites. Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring timely and secure transportation. Provide courteous guest services by assisting customers with vehicle-related inquiries and escorting clients as needed. Perform outdoor work including parking, valet services, and vehicle inspections in various weather conditions. Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments for services or vehicle purchases. Conduct heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle movement or equipment handling in compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements, delivery logs, and cash transactions for accountability. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate schedules and address concerns professionally. Skills Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles within a dealership or automotive environment. Knowledge of dealership operations, automotive service procedures, and standard passenger car operation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; proficiency in manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor settings. Experience with cashiering, retail math, cash handling, and processing cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with valet parking procedures and outdoor work environments. Basic understanding of automotive service processes and dealership workflows.
