Role Summary The Vehicle Ordering Specialist and Delivery Network Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Itasca, IL. Responsible for managing the end-to-end factory ordering process and overseeing dealer network operations across multiple manufacturers, including Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, Stellantis, Mazda, Honda, Subaru, Tesla, BMW, VW, Volvo, Toyota, and Nissan. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and cost control in vehicle procurement, dealer relations, and delivery logistics, while optimizing processes and maintaining strong client and dealer relationships.   • Life Insurance Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage and process vehicle orders within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client specifications, and adherence to manufacturer requirements.

Maintain proactive communication with manufacturer representatives to monitor production schedules, option availability, and order status. Generate, review, and analyze weekly status and exception reports to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and streamline ordering processes. Proactively canvas dealers to establish preferred pricing for Courtesy Delivery (CD) fees negotiate CD fees to manage costs effectively. Assign dealers for vehicle deliveries. Locate outlets for surplus or orphan units, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery. Update License and Title records and manage new plate information based on weekly reports. Provide guidance to sales teams, Client Support Services (CSS), and Executive Fleet Management (EFM) regarding order status, lead times, manufacturer updates, option pricing, and standard equipment. Utilize manufacturer platforms for order entry, corrections, vehicle tracking, and inventory management. Serve as backup for new order processing and weekly client status reporting. Implement process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies to enhance departmental performance and reduce operational costs. Assist with weekly delivery calls and cross-functional support. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in multiple manufacturer ordering systems and dealer portals. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Strategic thinker with experience implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex order and dealer-related issues efficiently.
