Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate and Delivery Driver, where you'll be the vital link between our automotive parts inventory and our valued customers. In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts selection, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders efficiently. As a delivery driver, you'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to our clients, supporting their vehicle maintenance needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical automotive knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Fulfill customer orders accurately, ensuring proper documentation and order fulfillment procedures are followed. Deliver parts promptly to local customers or service centers, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining vehicle systems awareness during transportation. Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person, providing product information, answering questions, and negotiating sales when appropriate. Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environments is highly preferred, along with familiarity with automotive parts management and accessories sales. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle systems and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management, retail math, and stock control procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; previous delivery experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client relationship building capabilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
