Starting Pay:

DRB Delivery is actively hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing FedEx Ground team. No CDL is required, and paid training is provided for qualified applicants. Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $140 per day Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training Health insurance Paid vacation $200 per month bonus for drivers with a For-Hire endorsement $150 per month service and safety bonus $10 late pickup bonus per pickup $200 driver referral bonus $100 Peak bonus for successful performance through Peak $1 per stop bonus after 90 stops Optional Sunday incentive bonus Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required Advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Load and unload packages throughout the day Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes Complete delivery scans using a handheld device Perform daily vehicle inspections Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Typical routes take 6-10 hours , depending on package volume and route completion. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or assistance when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Previous delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, or route driving is preferred but not required . Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Start time: 8:00 AM Typical routes last 6-10 hours , depending on package volume and efficiency Fast Hiring Process Qualified applicants can begin the hiring process immediately.
