As a Delivery Driver Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering packages safely, accurately, and on time while representing our ISTAR values — Integrity, Safety, Teamwork, Attitude, and Respect. Full‑time, part‑time, and seasonal schedules are available with competitive pay, weekly earnings, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Safely operate a company‑provided delivery van Deliver packages with accuracy, care, and professionalism Follow designated routes using company‑issued mobile devices Meet delivery timelines while maintaining high safety standards Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections (DVICs) Load and organize packages to ensure secure transport Interact professionally with customers and the community Maintain accurate delivery records through the delivery app Keep devices, equipment, and cargo secure and organized Report vehicle or equipment concerns promptly Work independently while managing time effectively in a fast‑paced environment Requirements At least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment screening Ability to lift and carry standard packages and large bulky products, including items ranging above 50 pounds Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 10‑hour shifts Comfortable working independently with a team‑spirit attitude Ability to use mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to meet performance and safety standard Benefits Competitive pay: starting at $22.75 per hour Weekly pay Paid training Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (full‑time) 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling options Career advancement opportunities (Ambassador, Supervisor, Closer, Pop‑Up Support) Supportive, respectful team culture Recognition programs and performance incentives
