About the Role We're looking for a dependable Delivery Driver / Runner to keep our shop and job sites moving. This position is responsible for transporting cabinets and other fabricated products from our shop to installation sites, making sure everything arrives safely, on time, and undamaged. You'll also pick up materials and orders and support the shop and installation teams as needed. Responsibilities Load, transport, and unload cabinets, materials, and other fabricated products between the shop and installation sites Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage to items, vehicles, and job sites Secure loads properly using straps and protective materials Pick up materials, hardware, and supply orders from vendors and suppliers Verify orders and deliveries against paperwork, and report shortages or damage right away Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order, and report maintenance needs Coordinate with the shop and installers to meet delivery schedules Support shop operations with tasks such as staging orders, organizing inventory, and general cleanup Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items ([50-75] lbs regularly, with team lifts or equipment for larger pieces), safely and without damaging the product Comfort with physical work, including standing, bending, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Good communication skills and a professional attitude with coworkers, vendors, and clients Basic ability to read delivery paperwork and navigate to job sites Preferred Experience in delivery, construction, cabinetry, millwork, or a similar trade Experience operating a truck, cargo van, or trailer Familiarity with hand trucks, dollies, lift gates, and load-securing methods Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
