MoveUp is looking for experienced professional household-goods mover/drivers and crew leaders to join our team.. Pay & Benefits $25-$35 /hour based on experience Overtime available Employees keep 100% of their tips Company-paid benefits Occasional weekend work Year-round employment W-2 employee position, not 1099 401(k) Ideal candidates have professional experience with: Household-goods moving and packing Padding, wrapping and protecting furniture Proper truck loading and space utilization Driving straight/box moving trucks Leading moving crews Residential and commercial relocations Customer service and moving paperwork Local and/or interstate household-goods moves We're looking for experienced movers — not general delivery drivers. The right candidate knows how to properly pad, wrap and protect furniture; efficiently load a moving truck; protect customers' homes; and work professionally with customers and other crew members. Applicants should be comfortable driving 26' straight/box trucks and have professional household-goods moving experience. Non-CDL and Class B drivers are encouraged to apply. No Class A or tractor-trailer experience is necessary. Crew leader/foreman experience is especially valuable. If you've worked for an established moving company and take pride in doing the job correctly, we'd like to talk to you.
