Job Description
Multiple Routes Available
•. M-W-F afternoon route delivering diesel fuel to truck fleets and tanks. M-W-F route can be started 3PM or after and takes approx. 1.5 hours each day. Also, Tues & Thurs eveing or Wed & Fri early morning, route must be completed before 7AM, takes about a hour a day. Additional hours, if desired, available during season, delivery heating oil. Must have CDL, HazMat, Airbrakes (X endorsement) and
TWIC Responsibilities:
- Loading tank trucks with various fuels as directed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient and timely delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each shift to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Experience:
- Previous CDL driving experience preferred.
- Valid CDL, HazMat, AirBrakes (endorsement X) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate different types of vehicles in various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers and team members effectively.
