Cannabis Delivery Driver

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Seeking active Delivery Couriers who love what they do and would like to pick up an extra gig delivering Adult-Use Cannabis! The Drivers are really the backbone of the company and are our feet on the ground. Drivers play an important role in the customer and dispensary experience. Accordingly, great customer service is a huge part of the job. Drivers are critical to the daily operations of our business and are an essential point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for picking up products from our retail dispensary partners and delivering it directly to our customers. Orders are fulfilled and assigned to scheduled delivery windows.

Responsibilities include:

Navigate routes using app based programs and google maps. Transport company product between dispensary to patients. Provide excellent customer service, as well as multitask and work under limited supervision. Abide by all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Assist with continued review and process improvement.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Prior delivery or dispensary experience required. Must have a valid drivers license and car. A deep understanding of the local area is desired. Must be at least 21+ years old. MUST have a clean driving record. Comply with MCA guidelines (note

• fingerprinting will also be required in Maryland).

Compensation:

Paid weekly via direct deposit. A flat $20.00 availability fee per shift. As well as $10 per completed delivery. This is a great opportunity to get experience into cannabis industry and help improve peoples lives by increasing access to high quality, safe, and legal cannabis products!!
