Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks to execute timely deliveries along designated routes Load and unload items using equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile goods Assist customers with the placement, setup, or installation of delivered items inside their premises, providing a white glove experience Navigate routes efficiently while maintaining adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols Load and secure shipments properly to prevent damage during transit; verify delivery accuracy against manifests Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and safety records throughout each shift Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving in a commercial setting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks involving moving and heavy lifting regularly Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of safety procedures related to load & unload operations and driving regulations Prior experience working in warehouse environments or with delivery logistics is a plus Join us in delivering excellence!
