Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable Food Truck Pizza Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a food truck, holds a current Food Manager Certification, and has experience preparing and serving pizza in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage daily food truck activities safely and efficiently. Prepare, cook, and serve pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations. Handle customer orders, payments, and provide excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies and ingredients. Set up, clean, and break down food truck operations before and after service. Ensure proper food storage, temperature controls, and handling procedures. Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining operational records as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service. Required Qualifications Previous experience operating a food truck. Valid Food Manager Certification (ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or equivalent preferred). Experience preparing, cooking, and serving pizza. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Experience managing inventory and ordering food supplies. Leadership or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
