Job Description
Food Truck Driver / Manager
Truck is located in Westminster Maryland, you will be required to pickup and return to this location.
Prep truck before and after event
Keep truck supplied for events
Drive and operate the 32-foot food truck to and from designated event locations safely.
Set up and schedule events for Wetzel's Pretzels Food Truck
Operate and manage the Wetzel's Pretzels food truck during events and scheduled stops
Prepare and serve fresh pretzels, Wetzel Dogs, beverages, and other menu items
Handle cash register/POS transactions accurately
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Open and close the truck daily
Support and motivate team members during busy service periods
Maintain a clean and organized workspace inside the truck
Update our scheduling program as needed
Interviewing new employees when needed
