Duties Safely operate various types of vehicles, including commercial trucks, to deliver goods across designated routes Follow planned delivery routes accurately, ensuring timely deliveries. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns Handle heavy lifting with proper safety practices to load and unload merchandise at retail stores or customer locations Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities during deliveries Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and reliability Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory for all roles Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or heavy vehicle operation Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices and automobile transportation regulations Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and merchandising activities Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial truck driving Prior retail store experience or military background is a plus, demonstrating discipline and organizational skills Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
