  • Exceed expectations with friendly, professional service during deliveries. Build strong customer relationships with clear, effective communication.
  • Leadership & Teamwork
  • Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to maintain smooth operations and an engaged work environment.
  • Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation
  • Follow structured delivery processes, ensuring accurate, on-time routes while adhering to fleet safety guidelines.
  • Timely Deliveries
  • Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores. Maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow company policies and safety protocols, fleet PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transportation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards
  • Complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly. Support store merchandising standards as needed.
  • Returns & Restocking
  • Pick up returns, process merchandise, and restock items from route deliveries efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Assistance & Product Knowledge
  • Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries, helping locate merchandise, providing product knowledge and offering installation services. Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems. Qualifications What We're Looking For
Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
    Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance:
    Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
      Automotive Knowledge:
      Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
        Physical Requirements:
        Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
