Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be proficient in the installation of a wide range of materials and systems. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. Duties Picking up and dropping off material, raw & finished Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate installations. Installation of interior and exterior railing, Stair cases and treads, structural steel Capable of initial test fit and railing adjustment Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Managing projects from test fit, adjustments and powder coat Foundation validation for structural steel Inventory management for all installation fasteners, powder coat Operate heavy equipment when necessary for specific installation projects. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Truck inventory, tools and all necessary equipment for installs Qualifications Proven experience in construction or a related field with a focus on installation tasks. Ability to multitask and anticipate next steps. Strong skills in construction blueprints. Familiarity with various construction techniques including welding, glass installation, wood structures, and various installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy machinery safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
