Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Deliver goods promptly to retail stores, clients, or designated locations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Build strong customer relationships through friendly communication and professional service during each delivery. Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal paths and adhering to schedules to maximize productivity. Conduct heavy lifting with proper techniques, ensuring safe lifting practices when handling packages or merchandise. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory depending on the vehicle type. Proven experience in commercial driving or automobile transportation; retail store experience is a plus. Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations, route planning, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
