Responsibilities Safely operate commercial box trucks with manual transmissions, adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards Load, unload, and secure household or commercial items using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Drive route-specific deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate delivery documentation Candidate must be able to communicate and offer our valued customers above average service Assist customers with moving items, providing excellent customer service through friendly communication and professional conduct Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT requirements Load and unload trucks efficiently, managing heavy lifting tasks safely to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, moving supplies, and storage areas to support operational efficiency Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or mover, with a strong focus on customer service excellence Ability to operate box trucks with manual transmission confidently and safely Knowledge of route driving best practices and navigation skills for efficient deliveries Experience handling heavy lifting, moving furniture or equipment, and using tools like forklifts or pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety protocols related to load & unload activities Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL license preferred but not required for all roles Join us in delivering top-tier moving services while enjoying a supportive environment that values your skills!
