We are committed to delivering high-quality auto parts to our customers and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our Shipping and Quality Control operations. In this role, you will serve as the critical last step in our 6-step process - the last person to see parts prior to shipment, delivery or pick up. Responsibilities Pull and deliver auto parts to staging areas efficiently and accurately. Inspect auto parts prior to shipment using critical thinking skills to identify and report any damage or part issues. Collaborate with the Quality Control team, managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion. Communicate occasionally with sales and production teams to align on quality standards and expectations. Promote and drive a culture of safety in the shop, completing required safety trainings. Qualifications Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided as needed.
