Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations. Perform heavy lifting and moving of packages as required. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading shipments. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from recipients. Ensure the proper handling of mail items to prevent damage or loss. Assist in warehouse operations when necessary, including sorting and organizing mail. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activities throughout the day. Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
