Job Description

Shape your day on the road As our Box Truck Route Delivery Specialist, you will be the trusted face of our operation—navigating local routes, keeping meticulous records, and delivering products safely and on time, whatever the weather brings. What your day looks like Drive a box truck with a GVWR under 26,001 lbs (and other company vehicles as assigned) across established routes, completing around 10-20 deliveries per day. Arrive on schedule to customer locations and represent our brand with safe, courteous driving—rain or shine. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections each day.
Maintain precise documentation:
driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and any records required by company policy and law. Operate a company-provided handheld device to confirm and complete each delivery. Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, teammates, and supervisors. Collect payments from customers at the point of delivery when applicable.
Pitch in at the warehouse:
assist with loading/unloading and occasionally run material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed. Physical demands Lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; lift up to 80 lbs occasionally. Use team lifts or mechanical aids when handling commercial tires. Apply up to 40 lbs of pushing force when moving barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Plan on an 8-12 hour workday.
