If you're looking for consistent hours, strong benefits, and long-term stability, this role is built for you. What You'll Earn $23.25/hour Weekly performance bonuses after 90 days Paid training and paid time off Full-Time Schedule 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) Must be available at least one weekend day Start time between 10:00-10:30 AM What You'll Be Doing Drive a company-provided delivery van (no CDL required) Deliver packages safely and efficiently Use handheld routing technology Lift packages up to 50 lbs Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement What You'll Need Age 21+ Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screening Strong safety mindset Why YES Consistent hours and reliable income Growth opportunities Supportive, team-first culture
