Duties Safely operate various vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills to optimize time and fuel consumption Load, unload, and secure merchandise with heavy lifting techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety Deliver products directly to retail stores or clients, maintaining professional communication throughout the process Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Build strong customer relationships through friendly interaction, prompt service, and clear communication Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or automobile transportation with a focus on safety and efficiency Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and basic transaction processing Excellent communication skills for client interaction, route coordination, and team collaboration Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with DOT regulations governing commercial truck driving and transportation safety standards Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and route planning effectively Customer service expertise to ensure positive client experiences and foster long-term relationships Embark on a journey that combines driving expertise with outstanding customer engagement!
